Where are you located?

We are located at 40 Spradlin Farm Dr in Christiansburg, VA in the Spradlin Farm Shopping Center. When you turn into the center, we are in the middle of the strip that is immediately to your right, in the old Sweet Frog spot between AT&T & Supercuts.

What are your hours?

We are open Tuesday through Friday from 10-6 & Saturday from 10-4. We are Closed on Sunday & Monday. 

Do you offer a warranty?

We do! When you purchase a new piece of jewelry from us, you have the option to add the Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan. This is a one-time purchase that covers maintenance and repair of your jewelry for life – including but not limited to, ring re-sizing, rhodium plating, loss of center stone or any side stones, and bent or broken prongs. The best part of our warranty – there are no requirements, gimmicks, or catches! You do not need to come see us or do anything to keep your warranty, until you need to use it! We also offer a 12 Month Guarantee on all repair work we do, unless otherwise stated.

Do you sell Lab Grown Diamonds?

Do you change watch batteries?

We do change watch batteries! Almost all the time that is done right here in house, and rarely it needs to be sent to our Watch Jeweler, but we will inform you of that at drop-o

Do you buy gold?

Yes – we buy gold, silver, watches & jewelry.

Do you engrave?

Yes – we offer engraving services on all eligible jewelry, as well as other engravable objects. Please feel free to call or text us for any specific engraving inquiries.

Do you pierce ears?

We do not offer ear piercing at this time.

Can you tell me if a Diamond or Gemstone is real?

We are more than happy to look at any Diamond or Gemstone to offer our expertise as to its authenticity

Do you restring pearls?

Yes – we do restring pearls but this is one of the few services that is not done on-site.

Can you cut rings off?

We can cut rings off! It is not guaranteed that we will be able to cut rings off in every situation.

Do you gift wrap?

Free gift wrapping is offered with every purchase!

Can I make a wish-list?

You absolutely may make a wish-list! Making a wish-list can truly be a win-win for you and your loved ones – they don’t have to worry about getting you a present you won’t love, and you get to pick out your favorite jewelry! 

Do you size rings?

Yes – we size any sizeable ring & offer that service right here on-site! The ring itself and size needed determines the price but we are happy to give you an immediate quote when you stop by to see us. 

Is there a Jeweler on site?

Yes – we have a trusted, excellent jeweler on-site.

What is rhodium plating?

Rhodium plating is a normal part of the maintenance of white gold. Over time you may notice that your white gold loses some of its original bright white color or begins to have a yellow tint. Through an electroplating process, your white gold can be brought back to new! Call, text or stop by to learn more about this process and how much it costs. 

Can I buy a gift certificate?

We offer the purchase of gift certificates in any amount.

Do you offer financing, layaway, or payment plans?

We offer financing through Synchrony Bank, with deferred interest options, if approved. Layaway is available with a 30% down payment and the rest to be paid within 90 days. We also offer Progressive Leasing, a no-credit needed, 12 month payment plan.

Is there a charge for jewelry cleaning?

We are happy to offer basic jewelry cleaning at no charge!

What is your refund/return policy?

Under normal circumstances, there are no returns, however, if you are concerned about a purchase and believe a return may be needed, we will consider the option if discussed and agreed upon prior to your purchase. Certain items are available to be exchanged within 10 days of purchase with a special occasion purchase as an exception – if purchase is made for a special occasion or holiday more than 10 days away the exchange policy will extend to 10 days after the special occasion or holiday. 

What types of jewelry do you sell?

We sell all types of jewelry – Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Gemstones, Fashion Jewelry, Estate, Watches, Men’s Jewelry – if it isn’t listed here, please still feel free to ask if we carry it!

What is the best way to care for my jewelry at home?

This is truly a complicated question as it does depend on the specific type of jewelry you are caring for. A safe way to clean most jewelry, is to use warm, soapy water. A soft bristle toothbrush can be used in combination. Please reach out to us for guidance on specific pieces or types of jewelry.
